Teams pitch their documentary ideas in front of a live panel to try and secure the D&C Film Emerging Film Fund.

Exeter Phoenix have partnered with D&C Film to offer one Devon or Cornwall based filmmaker access to £800 in cash funding and £1500 of in kind support to support the production of a short film of any genre, which is up to 7 minutes in length.
